ROBOTIS AI Worker FFW-SG2 is a wheeled semi-humanoid platform for industrial assembly, inspection, logistics and Physical AI research. Its three-module swerve-drive base carries two 7-DOF arms and two 1-DOF RH-P12-RN adaptive grippers. The 604×602×1,623 mm, 90 kg platform has 25 total DOF, a 6 kg nominal dual-arm payload and a 1.5 m/s maximum travel speed. It integrates three RGB-D cameras, two 2D ToF LiDARs, an IMU, Jetson AGX Orin 32GB and a 2,040 Wh battery, with ROS 2 Jazzy, Python, C++, Web UI, simulation and open-source development support.
