XPENG Next-Gen IRON is a biped humanoid unveiled in November 2025. It is approximately 1.78 m tall and 70 kg, with 82 whole-body degrees of freedom and human-scale 22-DOF dexterous hands, plus a bionic spine, bionic muscles and fully encapsulated flexible skin. Three in-house Turing AI chips provide up to 2,250 TOPS for XPENG's VLT, VLA, VLM and first-generation physical-world model. XPENG also specifies an all-solid-state battery and emphasizes on-device processing and privacy. The company targets scaled production by the end of 2026, with initial use in stores and campuses, followed by formal launch and deliveries in China and overseas in 2027. No official price has been announced.
